there's something funny i wanna share.
i slept awhile and woke up at around 7 plus seeing jianming and lynette competeing against
each other seeing who can do the most number of sit ups in a minute.
hahahahahahaha.
so jianming was saying he wan to let lynette start first.
hahahahahaa.
then jianming waitedd for lynette to do a few then he started doing!
hahahahaha.
jianming is very very FIT!
then lynette saw that jianming did very fast she half way gave up.
it was so funny!: D

WOW
YOUTH CAMP WAS FANTASTIC!

I feel that I really went up another level in all aspects of my life.

I brokethrough in my spiritual life, in my ministry, made many new friends, got to know so many people, and basically just learnt a lot of things.

Building my own altar is really so important. With it, I know that even if the whole world disappears, I would always be there, connected to my God. And also, I am the 2nd wave, creating many ripples around me, that would join me as the 2nd wave too. God spoke to me, he comforted me when i was panic-ing, told me to make more room for Him in my heart.. I really felt Him so strongly during both the revival meeting. How I wish for next year's Youth Camp to come soon!

I've learnt how to lead an usher team. During ministry, I really learnt many many new things, had lots of new experience.. Also, NEW FRIENDS! I remember the first youth camp team meeting. Everybody were like zombies, only talking to people we knew. But after the whole camp ended, we were just high-ing together.

To end off,
I WISH NEXT YEAR's YOUTH CAMP WOULD COME QUICKLY!!

Haven't been blogging on this blog since ages ago, and I so glad to be able to blog again. =D
The O-levels is officially OVER~~~
Youth Camp gonna be so so so EXCITING!!! I am looking forward to it, I am so sure that many lives including mine are going to be impacted, changed and transformed for the better! It gonna be unforgettable nights of hours of time soaking in God's presence and worshipping and receive new revelation and receiving from the Pastors in the sermons~ Hoot! It gonna be fun.

Loads of time to hang out with church friends, to talk about dreams, life, visions, to know each other better and grow deeper roots in church. =D

I feel like typing more, but I want pack my bag~ Yup, it is 11 plus and I haven't pack my bag, so yea, I need to get moving and packing.

I have something to declare:

I'm done with Chinese!!
And Maths! No more Chinese letter writing, no more dictionaries!
No more integration, differentiation, iteration and 1st order D.E. No more trigo, vectors and complex numbers.

9 more days to the end of the A-levels and I can't wait.
The only thing is that in that span I only have 3 papers.

It's like living in perpetual limbo where on one hand, you don't know what else you can study, and on the other, you are afraid you're being too complacent.
How I wish they'd just put them all closer together!

The only subject I'll probably miss is Biology, though.
I can't understand how biologists came up with the farce that is evolution.
The more you study biology the more you get convinced that we aren't the by-product of some accident. They've got it all wrong. There's no other way to explain the wonder of our bodies other than that we were created by a Creator.

They should integrate Christianity into biology. I can't express how amazing it is when you get to learn about life and the human body in so much detail.
It puts you in a different world altogether. All of a sudden you appreciate things around you more. You look at something and the explanations and reasons for why it is/why it happens come to you; and you can't help but stand in awe of what God has created. Intelligent Design should not be a subject shot down by evolutionists.

If there is 1 contribution that I make to the field of Science, it will be Leonard's Law: disproving Darwinism and proving that evolution has been a hugely misguided theory thought up by people wanting to explain everything by science.

I doubt I'll ever go into that field though. I know where my destiny lies. Do you?

But anyway, after the As it's going to be amazing.

While the rest of my friends spend their holidays clubbing, slacking at home, or playing Dota, I'll be doing something much more worthwhile.

as i read Leonard's post, i started thinking about people.
red rain, heart awards, christmas, easter, youth camp.
how much things have changed.

a new generation of leaders is rising up - i believe it!
a new generation of planetshakers and world takers are on the way!
let's raise up leaders and disciples in His house.

i can't wait to see people rise up and begin to walk into their destinies more and more.
isn't that what heart of God church is all about? loving God, loving others - changing lives.
what could be better?

i realise that many of my friends draw enjoyment and satsifaction from movies and tv and music and all that jazz.
but my greatest satsifaction comes from seeing people saved, planted, on fire, rising up - lives changed.
the then&now syndrome (now is always better!)

i can't wait for the future. every day with God is amazing.

I was just thinking about the day I got saved. Charleston waiting for me at Yishun MRT and paying for a cab down to Henderson; my first time in heart of God.

I was just thinking about the day I first encountered God. Joshua Easton; his sermon; God.

I was just thinking about the days of Northbrooks. From 1... to nigh 40 at our prime. Cabbing down to church together; taking the school together. Reaching out to our friends; praying at the back gate during recess.

I was just thinking about 2003. The day my team first hit 5. The new friends, the growth, the days of serving God. The day Sam broke through. Jian Ming and Wei Tze.

I was just thinking about 2004. The overwhelming sense of thanks and gratitude when I got 10 points. The move to the City; the Heart Awards; God calling me to MJC. Euphoria when we broke 200 as a youth and 40 as a zone. And of course, Rinnah.

I was just thinking about 2005. Others. Growing the Kingdom; taking MJC. The new friends, the new leaders, my new brothers and sisters.

I was just thinking about this year. BIG; enlarge and expand. Cedar Girls'; Nan Chiau. The mistakes and the breakthroughs; the friends and the passion. RedRain, and soon Christmas.

What a year this is going to be.

Hello everyone! Wow i went for bible study today, and it was really cool to listen to pastor How and Garrett. Garrett is so anointed, could just feel the presence of God and the Holy Spirit come down.. spending a saturday in church is the second best thing after spending a sunday! Church is just so amazing! All the people here are friendly and easy to approach. And this is like the first time in any place where i can approach any stranger and be sure that he or she can become my friend!

Wow, service last sunday which is actually yesterday was really truly amazing! Pastor Lia was preaching about how much we need the breath of God, how absolutely necessary it is!
Because sometimes we place too much need to our body, but neglect our spirit which needs nourishing too!
God can provide for us. We do not need to worry, as he also takes care of the birds and of the flowers, how much more will he take care of us as his own children! :) We need his breath of life.

Let's all start breathing in the fresh air of God and do not let our spirit man stagnate, and have fearful thoughts. Keep the vision!

I just felt so impacted by what pastor preached, and really convicted by the Holy Spirit! :) wow. It's amazing what the presence of God can do and change you from the inside.

red rain was sensational, marvellous, awesome, great, fantastic .. no words would be enough to describe them ! they are just WONDERFUL.

red rain is really a great experience to me. on the 1st day i had usher. and i really learnt a lot. i learnt many new things and i really feel that im up to a much higher level =)

TODAY. i was so happy when i recieved smses from joanne and crystal sayin dat i had the orchestra pit seats ! wow. and when i reached the bus stop at dhoby with SO many ppl dere, im really HIGH !! hahaha

at first my frens was like so dead. den when they started singing red rain, they just went high and crazy like all of us surrounding them ! i was so happy when i saw them. during the whole concert, i think i just went crazy and kept shouting and singing.

during the worship songs, i really felt the presence of god. it was like. my heart really felt peaceful and calm. it was beautiful. i love dat feeling very much ~

my frens all want to come back for red rain next year !

Hi EveryBody!!! Guo Quan here!!! It has been really really really long since I blogged on this blog sia, =D
I am really looking forward to Red Rain Concert, I believe it gonna be awesome! It is my first time going for it as I skipped last year's one as I was not on fire for God at that time.
Music is something that impacts million and millions of lives daily, it has one of the biggest influence on this world. It is actually quite rare to find a youth that doesn't listen to music at all. Jazz, Rock, Pop, Metal, Ballads.etc, they come in so many forms, lives are being affected by songs without a Godly factor.
Lyrics that we hear in secular songs are not as harmless as they seem. It is really not difficult to find people who listen to Heavy Metal music to be depressive, violent, agreesive and full of vulgarities, it is not just the melody but subconciously our mind also absorbs the lyrics in and it becomes part of our own culture and behaviour. If sexual love, boy girl relationship love is all we hear on radio, it isn't hard to find our youth nowdays getting alot more into boy girl relationship and youth commiting into sexual activities and sins in such young age. Music can help shape a person in a drastic way.
RedRain is a Christian band, with rock music that Youths nowdays enjoy and likes! Where can you find songs and music with Godly and good influence of hope,love,peace and joy except in Churchs? Music indeed is one of the key's to this generation! Let's get our friends and introduce to them to Christian Rock Music that have Godly and good influence! I believe many lives are going to be changed and shaped into God's will!!! =D

First Love

hi all,

here is a extract by Dr Ed. Cole. Be inspired to draw closer to God, inspired to love Him even more, inspired to love people.

SHe's gone. She left me for another man.
She left me for someone who loved her more than I did, gave her more than I could ever think of giving her, and loved her in ways that I could never even think of, much less imagine.

Right in front of me, while I stood there next to her, she would tell Him how much she loved Him. It never bothered her for people to know of her love for Him. Openly and overtly she would tell anybody and everybody about her "First Love."

She cared for me, told me so, but if He called she would leave me and go to Him for as long as He wanted to be with her. There were times in her last few months when she would longingly call unto Him, wanting to be with Him, all the time knowing that I understood.

Hers was a lifetime love affair with Him. I could never compete with Him and didn't even try. She loved Him passionately, and I was never jealous, because I realized it helped her love me with passion.

At times, I would suddenly come upon her in her secret place loving Him, and I would tip toe away so as not to interfere with their relationship. He came first, and I gladly and willingly accepted my role. Her "First Love" really really came first in every sense of the word.

She would read His love letters to her, which He had written in a book, and would quote passages to me. I wrote her love letters, but mine seemed so anemic and weak compared to His. Only when I quoted some of His passages did they seem to take on life and meaning.

There was never a day in her life when she did not meet with Him, and there were times when she spent hours with Him, telling Him about people's needs who wrote asking for help. People she never met, probably never would meet, but she knew He cared, so she would tell Him all about their neds asking for His help.

She spent time, sharing the most intimate details of her life with Him, things she never told me and never would. She told me He understood her. There were a few times she felt as though she had left her "First Love" and would weep over the distance, and plead for a return to that precious intimacy she had with Him. It seemed she couldn't live without it. It never lasted long, but even a day seemed like an eternity without her being with Him.

She told me last night, as I held her in my arms, that she was going to leave me before Christmas. I cried so hard she could hardly comfort me. I learned to trust her completely, totally, and when she said that, I knew she knew. It hurt. But not as much as she was hurting, from a disease that never knew a friend, and facing death that never knew a stranger. She assured me her "First Love" had conquered all her enemies. Hello to all the BIG people! hahas. I am reading the Creative Mind by Ulf Ekman, and here are some points which really impacted me! :)) And i actually wrote them down on the bookmark i use!Here goes..

I can be a man or woman of God. This is why the devil is terrified that i will come out of my negative, self-pitying way of thinking and begin thinking great and different thoughts. He is terrified that i will start thinking like Jesus Christ, on what is noble, good, right and pure, what is lovely, admirable and praiseworthy.

Start thinking about those things and my whole world will be changed. I can give life colour, i can make life different, i can influence people around me, and i can lift people up.
As a branch of the vine, i can share the life of Jesus. In Him, i can think differently. He has given me His mind, the mind of Christ (1 cor 2:16). He has given me the Holy Spirit to help me so that, in Him, i can change my entire way of thinking from negative to positive, from impossibilities to possibilities, from disappointments to expectations, from unbelief to faith.

When God gives me a plan, difficulties will also arise to stop my plan and what i dreamt about and saw through the Holy Spirit. When this happens, i must fix my eyes upon my goal.
Remember that the dream God gives me is greater than i am.

I can overcome! People have risen up and changed entire continents with a word from God and God's power.
Am i going to let the dream, the idea that bubbles on the inside of me, be stopped by false religiosity, a false view of yourself, negativism, self-condemnation or by the thinking of this world?
Or will you say, "Jesus is greater than all of this!" Jesus is greater, and He who lives in me is greater than he who lives in the world!

If what is in front of me feels like a mountain, it will either make me discouraged and frustrated, or motivated so that i say "The mountain stands here and so it has to be cast into the sea!"
When i start something, when i have received something from God, a plan or a goal, a thousand problems will come against me. They come for me to solve them!
An impossible situation is a wonderful opportunity to start believing in God.

Hey hey everyone!
It's great to be back and type on our beautiful blog! Haven't written anything in a long time..

Wanna say that even when life is not going as planned and people or circumstances make us angry, bitter and frustrated, gotta learn to cope with it and not keep pushing the blame on other people who might not even have an inkling that the other person is angry. This is what makes someone BIG! , to be able to conquer disappointments in life, whether big or small. And not fall into depression at the slightest obstacle in life which is waayy too tiny, but the person thinks it is a giant. Leaders cope with problems and do not run away from them or condemn others. Leaders want discipleship, not cheerleaders. And most importantly, BIG people have a scaldingly burning passion for God which does not puff out in all the trials, but is strenghtened instead!

The bottom line: if all else fails, Jesus is there to break our fall and lift us up. Trials build character and fan our desire for God!:) Making us PASSIONATE for Him.
And that is what matters. Trials and strongholds are not gonna break me, cause i have Jesus inside and the Holy Spirit is with me! He who lives in me is greater than the one of the world. And it stays this way no matter what!!

Somewhere.

The sun breaks through an onflux of darkened, stratus clouds, hanging like terrible hauntings of the storm-that-was. Shafts of light, golden and molten like honey or an alchemist's mix, filtering through the darkness and spreading the lands with marvelous light. A myriad of colors splatters across the sky, like Cupid's bow it twists in the heavens, shining a seven-fold brilliance of--crimson,ochre,gold,emerald,sapphire,damask,amethyst-- the rainbow, spewing forth beauty. From the mast of the great Ark, large billowing sails slacken in the smooth breeze-- a quiet of the seas at last. The lone man stands, like a strong and mighty figurehead, arms raised towards the heavens. A lovely white dove flutters down, leaf of olive nestled in its beak.

Peace, it means, and promises.

Somewhere.

The mighty king looks out his window, bathed in gold, so that his hair shines like precious stones. Surrounded by the richness of the palace, bourne from the prosperity and the blessings of God, he sits in luxury. Yet the king looks and sees, in the dust of the eart below, the temple of God stands like a skeletal form. And He came, wlaking on the waves, shining like ethereal light, so much so that He was thought to be a ghost. Cries of fear.

Do not be afraid.

He walks towards them, feet barely touching the foaming crests and dark prussian waves. The wind blows his har this way and that, but He walks with the air of one knowing that He is safe, always.

The disciple calls, Lord, if it is You, command me to walk with You!

Come.

Faith was birthed, and he and only he walked on water.

EXPAND AND ENLARGE!

Pastor preached in bible study bout our quiet time with God and our secret place.. felt so inspired tat i was asking God to help me in this battle with the devils to get back my secret place.. i won it back.. and my heart tat was in a mess for this week cleared up.. i felt so refreshed.. went home and did my qt in the bathroom cos my parents were fully awake.. today's service is great too! this is the sermon i felt the most impacted.. was rather drained recently.. n could not concentrate veh much during praise and worship cos i hv a friend with me and she dun understand our culture.. but i focused.. i pull back all my thoughts from everywhere tat i left them.. i was so relieved tat i finally gained back my secret place again and able to feel God's presence so strongly again tat i cried.. Pastor lia preached tat we sld inhale God and fight the devil.. if we exhale, the devil will conquer us.. so we have to expand & enlarge and not give the devil a chance to gain ground. was so impacted tat i juz open up my heart and fill myself with God's breath.. oh ya.. pastor how preached tat BIG ppl devise ways to give BIG offerings, but small ppl make excuses to give small offerings.. isn't this great? tot alot bout myself and wondering whether i am the BIG one or the small one.. sometimes i hesitate to give others sth cos of lack of money.. but i will not now! haha.. i will be BIG and devise ways to give BIG offerings! XD learnt so many things these two days.. shall listen and do it! and not juz plant myself at service but instead receive and learn from it.. it will nto go to waste! oh no.. i am going high.. okay okay.. tml's ignite is gonna be great!!! yay!!! can't wait for it!

Wow i am just so excited to be writing on the darling B2 blog! I have to admit that i really like the design and think it's very professional.. just so cool! What should i blog about.. XD

I really really love pastor's preaching on BIG for the past few weeks, it touches people to hear their deep hearts' desires spoken out loud and confirming that anything is possible with our BIG God.. some may know it, but when i hear it preached it just COMES ACROSS! haha. Everything is possible, all the dreams and visions can transform into reality!! Yayy!~

Once or twice back in the Czech Republic God assured me that it can really happen, that even Amaths is easy. Have to admit that it was a great feeling to know that amaths is easy and that life is to be lived without limits in God. But this kind of closeness to God does not stay with me everyday, but should not be too dependent on feelings. But the Word of God! XD hahas. My Bibleee! *hugs bible*. I just feel so inspired now to rise up and conquer my fears of talking with people and having responsibility and standing on my own two feet. Haha the only limits is my dreams and not abilities!

Gonna become a TL and even a CGL in the House of God!XDD Wow. What an amazing thought! I want to say that i just love church and all my BIG brothers and sisters in Christ sooo much! Love B2 mann!! XDD Let's continue to love God with all we have! hehe.

feel totally great now!!! I didn go bm cos i was afraid my parents may make a decision to ground me, so i crawled home at 6 plus to find the house totally empty!!! i tot my sis wld be back from work, my mum grouchy from doing all the housework and my dad complaining bout his day at work.. BUT! my parents went to visit my grandmother and my sis decided to be nice and do OT.. YAY!!! so had the house empty!!! well.. since it is a miracle tat no one is home for a loong time.. i decided.. TO HAVE MY OWN PRAISE AND WORSHIP!!! it was so great! did 'jump around' (realised tat my legs were dying from all the jumping at service..), 'always and forever' (my faourite!!!), 'evermore' (i did this twice and totally felt God's presence..).. felt super energised aft tat.. so decided to blog bout it!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!! pastor how preached today tat small ppl want cheerleaders.. realised tat life is not bout only wanting praises and others acknowledging me, but instead it is more of serving others and doing wad God wants me to do.. so i am not gonna care bout whether everyone tells fe how great she is, cos i am great too! if they dun see it tat way, den its their loss.. XD But of course i won't stop silently cursing her.. =P haha.. no la.. i am BIG.. anw.. had a fun time playing x-box aft service and lunch+dinner.. i won tl!!! and leonard once!!! okay.. i lost to him the first time.. but i bounced back aftwards!!! had a great cg today!!! sam preached bout having the right HEART.. kinda tot bout my desire to preach and touch lives.. was wondering whether i wanted to grow cos i wanted a name, a title to myself, or i really wanted to see lives change.. tot alot bout it.. realised tat i do not have to make others like me.. as long as i be myself, grow in Christ, i will be spiritually strong and be annointed with God.. sam said tat ppl are not judged by how clever or good at art by God.. instead they are judged by their heart and attitude.. and the thing was i told sam yesterday tat i was rather upset cos others are great at the areas i have a great interest at.. plus i had to listen to everyday's praises of fedora.. it was like getting on my nerves.. well.. was reminded to be BIG when i was silently cursing fe.. i am so mean.. hahaz.. no la.. it wasn't tat bad.. i juz decided to walk away b4 i get any more irritated with fe.. hee hee.. okay.. all these are juz exagerated.. anw.. i was so impacted by sam's sermon tat i shed a few tears.. managed not to cry out loud.. XD it was awesome.. THANKS SAMANTHA!!! understood lots of things and at least i dun brood on not having anything for others to praise.. God loves me no matter wad!!! tat's all tat matters.. and my heart is focused on God, not anymore on how useless and stupid i am.. can't wait for tml's bible study.. i am gonna get killed by my mum for going out again, but i really dun care anymore.. bs is much more impt than getting scolded.. juz pray tat i will still be allowed to go service on sun.. wow! the amount of faith that King David had was so powerful. he fought goliath in the name of the Lord. Now that's a true warrior of God!
I was really impacted by this. The past week hasn't been great but I know that I have a BIG God in me so i'm BIG enough to conquer any problem. I can grow bigger! Yes! Disappointments, rejections, hurts, pains... all these will not stop me from being BIG, and from living my destiny in Him (:

God is just so amazing. He knows exactly what you need and His love can fall upon you and just cover you like a wave of peace and fire-- heavenly fire!

So, even if life throws mountains at you, YOU CAN GROW BIGGER! why? becuase GOD IS A BIG GOD, AND HE LIVES IN YOU!

Prayer Meeting happened 3 days ago

Vision Sunday happened 2 days ago

When i thought nothing could surpass Prayer Meeting.. Vision Sunday changed my mind.. VISION SUNDAY WAS AWESOME!!!

Our church is located in dhoby ghaut, about 3 minutes walk from the MRT station. But last sunday, we all went to Bugis for our service. Even before sunday arrived, people were all already getting super hyped up! The dress code was smart casual/formal and people were just shopping for this major event. Why major? its a combination of our 3 services in church!! This is major considering that this is the first time its happening! and won't happen until maybe next year?

Anyway, we all met our friends and gathered at Bugis MRT. The whole place was teeming with Heart of God Church peeps. It was really nice, and kind of heartwarming to know that all of us were so on fire for Jesus. The ushers were standing in various locations so as to direct us to the destined location. When we reached the place, on the 3rd floor, our chatter just started to go up notches! All of us were just so excited! The place was big! and you could literally feel the atmosphere in the room climb as more people arrived.

Waiting for the entire thing to start was one of the worst things i ever did. I think everyone there felt the same anyway. The moment 41st Day took up their equipment and michrophones, all of us were practically screaming and clapping! Praise and Worship was MAGNIFICENT! GOD'S PRESENCE totally filled the entire place. It felt as though he was rejoicing with us too. And the feeling was totally amazing!! Pastor Lia's voice sounded so sweet and full of power at the same time! The worship to God was one of the highlights... His presence was so great that people wept.. The Holy Spirit made us just hunger more for Christ... I loved it...

Testimonies were given and they truly revealed how God had worked in their lives, changing them for the better. There was Crystal who had an L1R5 of 40 in Midyear and improved to an L1R5 of 12 for the O'levels because she had faith in God and trusted in Him. There was Adriena, who believed God would help her in getting her friends to church and take ST Joseph's Convent. And she recieved!! There was Hwee yee, who because felt that she lacked love, turned to hurting herself to get attention. But she soon recovered, because she realized that there was a God up there who could give her all the love she wanted, even more. God truly is our Father.

Sermon was definately wonderful and i found it so applicable to my life. Pastor How talked about being BIG. Big hearted, Big minded, Big capacity, and Big givers. Want to know more? come to Heart of God! and the story of the Golf Club was so surprising. People started hungering more for God and wanting to do their best for Him. What is greater than our Father's love for us?

Service ended with a huge bang! and it was quite upsetting.. because it was over.. I was kind of mulling over the fact that i felt that service was so short... BUT ANYWAY, I LOVED VISION SUNDAY! actually i love all sundays. Because its where God is and where all who loves him gathers to worship Him.

feel like crying.. was at church and had to see everyone there waiting for pm to start.. and me? i have to go juz b4 pm.. but i decided to leave early cos lots of ppl will arrive and it will be harder for me to leave.. oso.. i can't have my own pm at home, cos i prefer praying alot and i can't do tat with my parents at home.. suddenly had this verses in my head.. 'those who has ears let them hear..', 'faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God..'.. so i kinda infered i have to read the bible.. so shall do tat ltr at 7.30.. and i shall imagine at i am at church with u guys!!! at least i am able to come on sun!!! shall be glad and grateful.. I was so impacted by it.

not feeling well. Pastor How is so amazing too.

Finally there is service today after 2 weeks of being totally bummed out at home!! I practically radiated joy and brightness the moment i stepped into the auditorium.
When worship started, i just couldn't stop grinning!

Sermon was FANTASTIC. The topic was about pride and how people become proud. First, achievements.. Second, breeding.. Third, cerebral.. Pastor Lia was amazing. NOW WHO SAYS A WOMAN CAN'T PREACH. Anyway, everyone in the room was totally wiped off by what Pastor Lia said. Before the sermon, the intensity of the spirit of the people were somewhat low.. BUT AFTER THAT.. WHOA. everyone's spirit shot up!! The whole atmosphere in the auditorium changed! God's presence was MUCH GREATER. All of us started having the right hearts towards God and people. I was so touched by God i started crying. I felt his strong love just overwhelm me.

Pastor Lia was a gem.. she wanted so much to preach to us that she totally ignored her illness. I love her so much. She talked about how we had to be humble and not be arrogant. She wanted so much for us to obtain the right hearts. She also said God shewed his favour on Heart of God Church because we were a humble lot, and she wanted to keep it that way.. You know, like not despising people worse off than us and not looking down on people younger than us. Afterall, we used to be their age..
I DESIRE to be more like Christ and am not ashamed to tell this to people.. I love everyone in Heart of God!

More amazing things happened today but i am not going to reveal them! *Grins*

P.S. Cedar Girls were awesome! keep the fire going!!

anw.. felt so impacted today.. was like wondering why God didn make this sermon be preached earlier when i first came.. or i wld have been converted and accept Christ in my life sooner.. had lots of pride last time.. refused to believe tat there was God.. asked a thousand 'why?!'s.. i tink fe almost wanted to kill me.. but well.. God can't be understood by the limits of our small brain.. so i am trying to accept a lot of things as juz supernatural and juz God's doing..
felt God's presence so strongly today.. It juz came and i could feel his love pouring down like water.. and.. I SPOKE IN TONGUES FOR THE FIRST SERVICE EVER!!! haha.. felt so happy and great!!! wanna thank joanne for baptising me and for being so patient with my 'i veh scared..'s.. yupz.. well.. with fear, faith can't exist!!! so muz stop fearing.. hee hee..
gonna pray even more and get into god's presence even more!!! I JUZ SO LOVE GOD!!! HE IS SO AWESOME!!! anw.. did i tell u yet??? i wanna eat candy floss.. anyone's house nearby got pasa malam? can buy me? i have a craving for candy floss since fri.. but i can't find a place tat sells it.. i dun want got alot of food colouring de hor.. cos it will have a bitter aftertaste.. anw.. God's presence always falls on us when we pray. Indeed, what pastors say is true, prayer is our spiritual sword! With faith and with prayer, any mountain can be moved. People can be saved, schools can be taken, breakthrough can come to pass, expansion and growth starts; and a great and intimate relationship with our Father God is formed! Since we've started praying together in school, and also John 10:10, miracles are beginning to happen. So let's all really PRAY!!!! haha. go under our fig trees and pray and talk to God, and just dwell in His presence.

When you want to do the rights

It seems that I'm the only frequent bloggie here... Oh well...

We all want to pursue the right heart and help others pursue it too, but ultimately God is the one who decides when the right time is.

We might give our best in communicating with the person, relating verses to the person and showing how much we truly care for the person in deed and in truth. We might speak in tune with our Father, bearing the Holy Spirit in our hearts. And pray for them with great faith for things to happen.

But maybe things do not come the way we want them to. We might want instant results and fail to recieve them. Through all this what we truly must grasp is patience and faith. Believe that God will work his miracles. God loves them as much as he loves us, so what makes us think that he neglected our prayers?

Everything that does not come to pass to us will come to pass to Him. They take time according to His plan. We do not have to worry because the things we pray for will come to pass. Just believe with faith.

The O'level Results

The results are coming on the 6/10 of Feb! which is like how many days later?!!!
This is absolutely crazy. I bet many of those getting back their results are breaking out in cold sweat. But whatever results i may get, i know God has already planned my destiny. I may not get into a good JC but i know God will be there for me whenever i need Him.
I'm still nervous though. On the day i bet i'll be recieving the results with trembling hands and a heart that is working overtime.
They say lavender helps in relaxation.

Hi B2 and Samantha!~~ It is Guo Quan here!!~~ haha! It is really cool to be able to write in a cellgroup blog, nice!
Just felt like sharing abit from what I read in the book Unquechable Worshipper by Matt Redman. Wow, firstly this book is amazing, it is very very annointed, I was touched by God's presence throughout the time I read it and was in awe at all times by God, it will draws you to worship everytime you read it, very very good book especially when you are dry and seeking a fresh touch from God.
In the book, one chapter is about Undignified Worshipper, it is one of the chapter that makes me determined to jump during worship and to dance for Him, in the past, to jump or dance is like a plain murderous torture for me. Matt Redman talks about various leaders in the Bible being undignified worshipper, not afraid to give God worship in its best form at all times, one of the people he mentioned was King David. King David dance with all his might with only a linen garment(only an underwear, if I am not wrong) to welcome the Ark of Lord back to Jerusalem. King David was a man of stature, a man of authority and all men look up to him, Kings probably do all their best to uphold their image but King David did not care at all, so as to bring God his best offering of praise. Matt Redman once ran down during a friday meeting in his church, as he wanted to express his worship to God and was exploding with it, so much that he ran around the carpark without his shoes on. If these two worldwide known leaders are such undignified worshippers, so can we. I remembered how I used not to jump in service, afraid to sing and raise my hands, as I'm afraid of embarassment. For me, I'm still far far away in being a undignified worshipper, a one that will shout "God is great, I love Jesus Christ!" out loud in all his actions.
